主要职责 02Major Responsibilities
Project Management
61 Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets based on customer requirements
61 Lead/coordinate with engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution
61 Lead/collaborate all engineering and technical aspects of the project, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards
61 Verify that all deliverables meet the agreed-upon specifications and quality standards
61 Reporting & presenting the project status to management & other stakeholders
61 Finding solutions for problems and implementing solutions together with the team
61 Conduct project debriefs with the internal team to evaluate performance, lessons learned, and areas for improvement
61 Archive all project files for future reference and compliance purposes.
Client Relationship Management
61 Manage client expectations and provide regular project updates, addressing any concerns promptly
61 Work closely with clients to identify additional opportunities for engineering services and solutions
61 Plan how to establish and maintain major account relationships
61 Collaborate with key account managers and sales management to identify business opportunities, and pinpointing problem areas.

Project Receipt and Settlement/ Financial reconciliation

61 Primary contact and accountable associate for projects, time management & expense monitoring
61 Finance & work package management, incl. billing & invoicing
61 Supporting document preparation (SOWs, Contracts, etc.)
61 Account receivables tracking and other receivables/credit note mapping
61 Confirm all invoices related to the projects, including costs for materials, labor, and subcontractors
61 Cross-check the project budget with actual expenses and document any variances.
Compliance and Audit
61 Ensure adherence to legal, financial, and contractual regulations throughout the settlement process
61 Prepare for any audits by maintaining transparent and organized financial records.

Collaborate with HR for people management.
Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the management team.

Suggest business acquisitions, headcount requests, salary proposals and performance appraisals
能力及技能 02Competences and Capability & Skills
Bachelor and above degree, Engineering or related majors are preferred
Very strong data analysis & handling skills, detail oriented
Good verbal expression, communication skills
Ability to work under pressure, good in dealing with emergencies and comprehensive coordination ability
Strong sense of responsibility and dedication
Able to complete tasks responsibly and effectively
High proficiency in using MS Office Software, including Excel, Word and PPT is a must
Fluent in English
