工作职责：

与质量保证经理、团队主管、QA团队及SBO办公室团队协作，确保品牌业务顺利开展，并融入品牌价值观及流程体系。

向供应商传授集团质量标准操作程序（SOP），通过培训确保其充分理解质量要求。

实施质量保证计划（QAP）的实践培训与随机抽检。

根据每日检验计划主持产前会议并执行产品检验。分析质量问题根源，提供针对性解决方案，推动建立工厂零缺陷文化。及时向经理更新行动计划。

与质量保证经理和团队主管共享并研讨检验结果，编制检验报告并上传至企业门户。

与所有供应商及合作团队保持积极协作关系。

准确及时传达公司政策、操作规范及工作流程，确保产品开发/采购过程符合社会合规标准。

职位要求：

至少有5年相关服装行业经验。

有处理欧洲客户的经验，优先考虑法国市场。

具有相关领域的文凭或学位者优先。

有跨国公司采购办公室经验者优先。

良好的书面英语能力。

能接受长期出差。

Job Responsibilities:

1.Work with the QA Manager, Team Leader, QA team & SBO office team to smoothen brand business and imbibe the brand values and process.

2.Impart knowledge to supplier about group quality SOP, train them & ensure they fully understand what is expected.

3.QAP QA Practical training and random control.

4.Responsible to perform the Pre production meetings, inspections as per daily inspection plan. Identify the causes to provide appropriate solutions to solve production and quality issues and establish a Zero defect culture in the factory. Timely update of action plan to Manager.

5.Share & discuss the inspection results with QA Manager & Team leader, prepare and upload the inspection reports in portal.

6.Positive working relationship with all suppliers and teams.

7.Provide good representation of the company policy, codes of practice and working process to both internal and external contacts on time and ensure that all products are developed/sourced in a socially compliant environment.

Job Requirements:

1.At least 5 years of experience in related apparel business.

2.Experience in dealing with European customer's preferably French market.

3.Diploma or Degree in related field preferred.

4.With MNC Buying Office experience preferred.

5.Good command of written English.

6.Can accept long-term business trips.
