83 To be in contact with the market technology.

83 Develop new suppliers to provide machines solutions.

83 Standardized best practices and machines improvements across different sites.

83 Develop proper database where knowledge is shared.

83 Provided technical training.

83 Strong knowledge and practical trouble shooting techniques.

83 Perform root cause analysis and corrective action on product mechanical failures

83 Directly manage a team if required: assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring productivity.

83 Contact and manage with external vendors for repairs, procurements or specialized maintenance services.

83 Supportive NPI project in terms of source change and machines runnability issues.

83 Provides technical guidance, support, and expertise to colleagues, teams or departments within the organization and sites.

83 Ensures that technical solutions or implementations align with quality standards, compliance regulations, and best practices.

83 Collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives. As well as participate actively in the meetings as required.

83 Identify talents and implement development plans.

REQUIREMENTS

83 Minimum of 15 years experience, degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

83 Skills in the development of machines parts, devices and equipment.

83 Experience in filters/tobacco industries and machines

83 English speaking and writing.

83 More specific in the skill set or system/certification
