Responsibilities
1. Supervise & perform daily chemical tests in the department
监督并执行部门内部的日常化学测试
2. In charge the operation of the laboratory and fulfill everyday testing in time
负责实验室操作使用，及时完成每日的相关测试
3. Provide training for technical staff on chemical and related reports
为技术人员提供化学和相关的培训
4. Manage and maintenance instruments, including daily check and calibration
管理和维护各类仪器，包括每日检查和校准
5. Review and check worksheet prepared by testing technologist
审核，检查测试技师的工作单
6. Maintain, review and update current mechanical testing methods and quality to meet standard testing methods/criteria.
维护，审核并更新测试方法以符合标准的测试标准及方法的要求；
7. Coordinate Lab Supervisor to develop organic test development。
与实验室主管合作开发新的有机测试项目。
Qualifications
* Higher Diploma with more than 5 years of work experience, or Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience.
大专学历（实验室分析测试经验大于5年）或学士学位（实验室分析测试经验大于3年）
* Familiars operate on organic instruments: e.g. GCMS, GCMSMS, LCMSMS, HPLC, UV-VIS
熟悉各类大型化学实验室仪器（GCMS, GCMSMS, LCMSMS, HPLC, UV-VIS ）的操作和使用
* Solid experience of laboratory analysis
具有扎实的实验室分析操作经验
* Familiar with organic test testing in commercial lab
熟悉商业实验室的有机测试
* Good command of English, CET-4 or above
