Coordinate, organize, plan and supervises production process

Recognize, Evaluate, manage and/or supervises ordinary and extraordinary maintenance program

Train on skills and experience to line managers

It ensures compliance with the safety and staff behaviour according to rules and the regulations.

Ensures the cleanliness and tidiness of the production departments

Actively collaborates in the process of education and information and training of line staff

Suggest any improvements in the areas of production, safety, quality, environment.

appreciated but not mandatory basic knowledge of IATF tools such as: FMEA, MSA, SPC

availability to trip outside china (eg. 1 or 2 weeks per year in Italy for meeting in the HQ)

INSTRUCTION

Technical secondary school diploma or degree

Knowledge of Italian and/or English

Office package

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS

No certified medical restrictions

Good ability in interpersonal relationships

Adaptability of the production environment

Calm, thoughtful, orderly

Minimum age 25 years

Problem - solving skills

Leadership skills
