1. Concept Development概念开发：

· Create innovative product concepts that meet user needs and market demands.创建满足用户需求和市场需求的创新产品概念。

· Develop sketches, renderings, and 3D models to communicate design ideas.开发草图、渲染图和3D模型以传达设计理念。

2. Research and Analysis研究与分析：

· Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.进行市场调研以识别机会和趋势。

· Analyze consumer needs and preferences.分析消费者需求和偏好。

· Study competitor products to identify areas for improvement and innovation.研究竞争对手产品，找出改进和创新的领域。

3. Design and Prototyping设计和原型制作：

· Create detailed drawings and specifications for new products.创建新产品的详细图纸和规格。

· Develop physical and digital prototypes to test and refine designs.开发物理和数字原型以测试和完善设计。

4. Collaboration and Communication协作与沟通：

· It should be understood that all Weiguo employees are responsible as a whole for ensuring the quality of processes and products involved in the successful running of Weiguo solutions to consistent standards by following the procedures out-lined in the quality manual.

Qualifications任职资格:

1. Education教育背景：

· Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, Product Design, or a related field.

2. Experience工作经验：

· Proven experience as an industrial designer, preferably in a similar industry.拥有工业设计师的相关工作经验，***是在类似行业中。
