Project Director - Greenfield Plant

- Coordinate the project team: Steer an industrial project committee, provide appropriate reporting to the Global project committees as defined in project governance scheme

- Follow-up activities on daily basis + all relevant KPIs,

- Valid the yearly project capex budget and planning. Analyze any discrepancies and implement corrective or preventive measures.

- Responsible to integrate the best practices from the HQ and the innovative technologies

- Responsible for the environmental impact of activities and the contribution to CSR KPIs

- Responsible for the regulation’s compliance

- Manage the Engineering Project Manager + non-technical contacts and be aware of working conditions, hygiene and onsite security.

- Define with operational team the trials scheduling and the equipment commissioning plan for the end of Phase 2

- Responsible of the compliance with quality, environment and safety rules during construction and commissioning phases.

- Ensure with accountant + cost controller that all invoices are properly tracked, treated on time and registered. To properly prepare the Assets book.

- Accountable of the capital expenditures.

- Provide examples of problems typically encountered by the job as well as their nature and level of complexity (such as uncertain environment, required innovative solutions, time constraint, complex coordination etc.)

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:

- Engineering degree with min. 15 years of industrial and management experiences, in food industry with multinationals.

- Fluent in Chinese and English.

- Track record of big projects management in manufacturing operations

- Convincing, leadership personality and self confidence, strong Team player

- Effective communicate skills, able to work with the various stakeholders at all levels.

- Solution driven and result oriented, able to work under pressure
