Lead Engineer, Mechanical Design

Addressed common defects caused by molds, collaborated with process engineers to adjust mold parameters, monitored mold wear, and developed maintenance or improvement plans to reduce production costs.

Independently or collaboratively designed the electrical control system, including motor selection, pneumatic/hydraulic circuits, and sensor layout.

Capable of writing PLC programs.

Designed automated production line solutions to achieve dry-pressing automation;

Provided equipment operation training for production teams and developed maintenance manuals and inspection standards.

Job Requirements：

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical design and automation, mechatronics, powder metallurgy equipment or related fields.

More than 5 years of experience in non-standard equipment design. Candidates with experience in powder dry pressing equipment (such as presses, sintering furnaces) and the development of ceramic/magnetic material production lines are preferred. Have been fully involved in at least two mechatronic equipment projects, covering the entire process from design to mass production.

Proficient in design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD and UG; Be capable of independently completing electrical drawings (EPLAN/CADe-Simu), PLC programming and the debugging of frequency converters/servo drivers; .

Familiar with mold processing techniques (such as CNC, wire cutting, heat treatment) and standard parts selection (THK/ Misimi).

Possess tolerance analysis (GD&T) capabilities and have an understanding of the properties of magnetic materials.

English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;

Possess cross-departmental collaboration capabilities and be able to communicate efficiently with production and quality teams.
