Product Engineer-Development

1. Take GDP projects with responsibility of cushion product and cushion textile material development on business case analysis, DGD, DFMEA, technical innovation, design update, test validation, design review and process TFC according to AS108 procedure though very close team-work with suppliers, internal plants, CEA functional teams, module D team and oversea D teams.

2. Manage the GDP projects with project timing, regular project meeting with cross-function team, PDCA, and do regular development progress report to local D manager and global D director and get project milestone approval by tollgate report board.

3. Transfer global and regional new cushion and textile technology/product in China and make the feasibility study.

4. Take cushion benchmark task on concept, design details, cost and supplier chain by SWOT analysis.

5. Share and implement the latest development achievement & benchmark study result to RFQ and application projects quickly to strengthen Autoliv’s product competitiveness and leading position.

6. Engineering integrated with customer from early phase of product development to get better impaction and management on customer for future technology innovation and application

7. Insight into the market technical & product trend and generate more invention ideas for continual development.

8. Assist D Manager for team management, follow team working procedure, conduct ALV Standards implementation.

Required：

131. Bachelor or above degree

2. At least 3 year experience of mechanical parts or automobile parts or industrial product design and development knowledge. Airbag cushion design and development related experience is a plus.

3. Understand product development system based on project procedure.

4. Understand automotive quality system requirements TS16949, QS9000, APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, etc.

5. Understand GD&T, be familiar with DraftSight, AutoCAD or other CAD tools
