Senior Industrialization Project Manager

- Build team(s) to address the project goals and objectives from other function departments

- Collaborate with customer (internal or external) from requirements gathering through product acceptance/ approval.

- Leading the new factory, new facility, new production line set up by working with the internal and external teams.

- As the leading Role in the industrial Project management, need to create the plan, detail schedule for the industrialization activities, such as new plant set up. new production line set up. new equipment introduction by working with the cross functional teams.

- Introduce the new product in the new plant by working with the plant team and customer team.

- Leading the trouble shooting during the industrialization. Such as introducing the new equipment and new tools.

- Leading the production Yield and efficiency improvement after Product Launch within the defined time line by working with the *** team.

- Leading the Failure analysis and corrective action for the failure part during the new product or new process introduction in the industrialization projects.

- Leading the Change Management for those changes in needed for industrialization product.

- Leading the Supply Chain Management for the new product in the ramp up stage. With the supporting from Planner and Procurement. Provide the product Supply report to customer. And communicate with customer. Drive the improvement in the factory if needed by working the cross functional team.

- Need to coordinate globally for those global industrialization activities.

- Whole industrialization project life cycle management. From starting to the mass production release.

Job scope:

Independently manage multiple and complex projects and work with people across at all levels of the organization and external parties. Decisions have directly impacts to the success of projects. Tasks can be very different and require prompt and accurate judgement.

Qualification:

61 Bachelor degree above. Acoustic, EE, ME and computer science degree preferred

61 Speaker or Audio Industrial Manufacturing Project Management Preferred.

61 Plastic injection experience is plus.

61 Minimum 8 years Project/Product Management in the High-Volume Production Environment act as the Manager Level.

61 Excellent industrialization Project management skill, Communication with Production/Factory. Trouble shooting. quick response. Quick decision making. Proactive working mindset.

61 Language skills: Fluent in English (both writing and verbal) and Fluent in Mandarin

61 Logical thinking and demonstrated competencies on handling multiple tasks

61 Results oriented, analytical, systematic, mature, proactive, and passionate, open to change

61 Manufacturing Engineering background. Project management experience. Supply Chain management experience is highly preferred.

61 Higher percentage traveling domestic and overseas traveling.
