Key accountabilities:

1.Assist Store Manager to complete all daily operation works

2.Achieve sales targets

3.Customer relationship management

4.Maintain the visual merchandising and shop environment standards to ensure brand image

5.Handle customer complaints and enquires

6. Help sales resolve relevant problems in shop

7.Be responsible for relevant reporting

8.Uniform management

9.Merchandise quality control and follow up

Qualifications, skills & experience:

1.Min. 2 years experience as Sales Supervisor or Senior Sales

2.Retail Operations experience is required

3.Good communication and interpersonal skills

4.Good customer service skills

5.Presentable, proactive and detail-oriented

6.Good computer literacy
