Analyze test data and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for improvement.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in hydraulic systems during testing phases.

Collaborate with product development engineers and leverage synchronous engineering (SEC) practices to enhance testing integration.

Create suitable testing interfaces to meet customer requirements and improve system validation.

Work closely with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of testing insights into product development.

Enhance testing capabilities by implementing advanced testing technologies.

Utilize the latest testing software to develop and execute testing programs on hydraulic test benches.

Drive continuous improvement (CIP) initiatives to refine testing accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.

Qualifications

Master degree and above in mechanical，hydraulics, mechatronics, electrical engineering

1-2 years of hands-on experience in hydraulic testing or related fields is preferred (internship experience considered).

Familiarity with industrial hydraulic components and systems.

Proficiency in using advanced hydraulic testing equipment and control systems.

Expertise in setting up and operating servo-hydraulic test benches.

Familiarity with simulation tools and modeling techniques for hydraulic systems.

Strong knowledge of programming languages used in testing software (e.g., LabVIEW, MATLAB).

Experience with data acquisition systems and sensors for pressure, flow, and temperature measurements.

Knowledge of international hydraulic standards and testing certifications.

Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex test data and generating actionable insights.
