职位描述

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.执行赫比总部客户质量体系,标准和程序和保持一致性。
To align and implement Hi-P Corporate Customer Quality system, standard and procedure at site level.
2.管理和确保CQE准确有效地处理客户投诉以及质量相关询问。
Manage and ensure CQEs handle Customer Complaints and quality related queries on time and effectively
3.确保客户要求在公司的执行。
Ensure customer requirements are implemented at site.
4.确保所有项目实施产品质量计划并检验有效性。
Ensure product quality plan had been carry by all CQE for all projects and evaluate PQP effectiveness.
5.执行质量工具以支持纠正预防措施和持续改进。
Implement quality tools in production to support corrective and preventive actions and continuous improvement.
6.在项目开发过程中,跟踪产品和生产线批准 (质量数据及文件包)。
Part and line approval follow up(Q-package) in the whole project.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. 大专及以上学历。
College degree and above.
2. 至少有 5 年在来料、制造和客户服务领域的质量管理经验。
At least 5 Years quality management experience in incoming, manufacturing and customer service area.
3. 熟悉 IATF 16949 及五大工具(PPAP/APQP/SPC/MSA/FMEA)的知识
具备六西格玛知识者优先。
Be familiar with the knowledge of IATF 16949 and 5 Tools (PPAP/APQP/SPC/MSA/FMEA) .Knowledge of six sigma is preferred.
4. 英文听说良好。
Good spoken and written English language skills.
5. 良好的MS office/Minitab操作技能。
Good MS office/Minitab skills.
6. 具备理解客户需求的学习能力。
Well learning ability to understand customers' request.
7. 积极努力,善于合作,团队协作能力强。
Initiative hardworking, Good cooperative and team work.
