供应商质量工程师/Supplier Quality Engineer

-Approval of 8D reports from suppliers

-Incoming inspection plan and work instruction creation and update

-Organization of product audit, requalification and process audit of suppliers

-Leading containment measures of purchased parts failure (blocking, 100% sorting, etc.)

-Project support of suppliers based APQP Standard

-Align quality assurance concept with suppliers (FMEA, control plan ...)

-Implementation of process sign-offs (PSO) and performance testing at the supplier

-Conduct initial sampling (C/D-sample) of purchased parts

-Correspondence with suppliers and internal departments

-Evaluate PPAP documents, signed and approval PSW

-Support of RFQ and supplier nomination

-Define quality regulation of purchased parts with QEP

-DVP&R Define DVP&R of purchased parts

-Align test method with supplier

-Packaging approval

-Data/report to project team.

-Creation of ZKW specifications and standards for the technologies allocated according to the organizational chart.

-Contact for issues concerning technology

-Contact for change management in the series for the associated technology

-Problem solving and follow up regarding purchased parts

-Other work assigned by the Company

Functional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of EDP (MS-Office programs)

-Block course QA or equivalent

-English in speaking and writing

-Auditor Training advantageous

-Good product knowledge

-Electronic component experience

-联系相关技术问题

-量产中针对相关技术变更管理的联系

-外购件问题解决以及跟踪

-完成公司指派的其它任务

任职要求：

-电脑知识

-熟悉质保相关知识

-英语口语和书面表达的能力

-有内审员培训经验优先

-良好的产品知识
