1. Receive booking from suppliers/shippers/sales etc , and make export booking sheet in accordance with shipping order's details;

接收客户托书，根据客户要求订舱；

2. Handle day-to-day export operational overall process, covering booking, transportation, Inspection, customs declaration, delivery and shipment tracking etc;

负责接单后出口运输整体流程运转，订舱、运输、查货、 报关、交货和货物跟踪等；

3. Be responsible for answering goods operation problem, communicate with shipping line/ customs broker/trucking agent/customer settle customer consulting;

负责解决操作过程中的问题，和报关行、拖车公司、客户等协调、沟通，解答咨询；

4. Assist C/S to provide good service for customers and maintain customer relationship. Also assist to keep porforlio going and new business landing;

配合客服为客户提供专业良好的服务，维护客户关系，协助公司原有业务的持续和新业务的引进；

5. Update and maintain customer information, SOP and supplier information timely;

及时更新维护客户信息、SOP和供应商信息；

6. Be responsible for handling all kinds of emergencies and report to the leader;

负责处理各类突发事件并及时向上级汇报；

7. Complete other work arranged by direct supervisor and department manager.

完成直接主管或部门经理安排的其他事宜。

Personal Capabilities & Education

1. College degree or above, logistics/foreign trade or related major preferred;

专科及以上学历,物流/外贸或相关专业毕业优先考虑；

2. Be carefully, serious, good communication, good teamwork spirt, open and clear character, can under the strong working pressure;

认真细心,善于沟通，有良好的团队协作精神；性格开朗，能承受一定工作压力；

3. Familiar with office software, good listening and speaking ability, good communication with overseas agent independently;

熟悉office办公软件；有良好英语听说写能力，能独立与海外代理及客户沟通；

4. 3 year forwarding South American Line ocean operation experience prefer;

有南美线海运操作3年以上经验优先；

5. Sense of responsibility, ability to multi-task, manage time and work in time.

责任感强, 能同时处理多项工作任务，良好的管理工作时间并按时完成工作。
