- Motivate application vendor and subordinates to achieve objectives.

- Coach the team in participating collaboration, accountability and visibility.

- Work with multitasking skills, and work under pressure.

- Think analytically and higher level.

- Liaise different IT teams and stakeholders to achieve business goals.

- Build holistic knowledge base for the application owned, and have a full picture of the support model.

Requirements:

- Education – University graduate in computer science or equivalent

- Experience – 5 years with business analysis experience in IT domain.

- Understand and experienced in SDLC;

- Understand and experienced in Agile;

- Basic insurance is preferred.

Soft Skills:

-Fluent in English.

- Eyes on details with patient.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to think over the long-term, applying a strategic focus completing large-scale change projects

- Positive working attitude, willing to learn and work independently
