Sourcing Supervisor

85 Implement and manage the purchasing and contract instructions, policies and procedures.

85 Negotiate the commercial terms with suppliers, including contracts, prices, payments and so on.

85 Prepare and negotiate frame orders based on the company forecast.

85 Participate and deliver active input in the development of new projects, products, or substitute materials.

85 Prepare and process requisitions from Supply Chain, R&D and other collateral departments.

85 Make a final payment plan with finance department to arrange the payment according to the payment terms and company regulations.

85 Handle Indirect purchasing

85 Complete other tasks released from the superior.

Education

85 Engineering related degree, Mechanical / Electrical / Automations

Work experience

85 5-8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in machinery industry

85 Experience with Machining and Sheet metal suppliers Expertise and methodology

(Business knowledge, languages, MS-Office, etc.)

85 Familiar with manufacturing processes (machining and sheet metal)

85 Familiar with pricing systems and procurement channels.

85 Proficient with product cost structure, price analysis, MoB.

85 Proficient understanding drawings and technical communication with suppliers.

85 Familiar with supplier management and quality system standards.

85 Proficient with MS OFFICE software.

85 Teamwork, good communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

85 Able to lead a cross functional project team

85 Have good written and oral communication skills in English.
