61 Develop qualification plans with support from the Certification Leader and France Hardware Team.

61 Implement and develop drivers, test software, and GUI for hardware testing.

61 Test and validate hardware components, including OS compatibility, integration with existing software, and stress testing (e.g., on/off cycles, hot swaps, etc.).

61 Provide internal and external software teams with communication protocol details, including demo software and technical documentation.

61 Generate technical documentation and reports on performed tasks.

61 Contribute innovative technical solutions.

61 Act as the main technical reference for internal and external stakeholders regarding drivers and software implementation.

61 Troubleshoot hardware, software, and driver-related issues with support from the NPI team, serving as an interface between customers and suppliers when necessary.

61 Provide on-site support for software and driver issues, collaborating with the service and quality departments to implement corrective actions.

61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate software development risks and delays.

61 Assist with tasks related to NPI department operations and provide support to other departments as needed.

Job Requirements / 任职要求

61 Bachelor's degree or higher in Embedded Software Engineering or a related field.

61 Minimum of 3 years of experience in embedded software design, with a focus on hardware communication (e.g., printers, touchscreens, QR code readers, UPS, etc.).

61 Proficiency in GUI and peripheral control software development, particularly for Windows;

familiarity with other OS (e.g., Android) is a plus

61 Basic knowledge for BIOS

61 Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and proactive approach.

61 Excellent written communication skills in English for technical discussions with international teams.

61 Strong team collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.

61 Basic project management skills.
