Elaborating the production planning, organizing and leading the production with all tasks related to that.

61 Responsible for leading and supervising the work of the production related employees.

61 负责生产产品的质量；

61 Responsible for the quality of the products to be produced.

61 负责生产设备的日常维护；

61 Responsible for the maintenance of equipment.

61 在产品质量、安全、及公司文化等方面对生产员工进行培训；

61 Initiate & manage training programs with regard to safety, product quality , company culture and others

61 负责生产员工的职业卫生情况；

61 能在一个充满热情的团队中工作；

61 Responsible for fulfilling occupational health obligations of the personnel.61 Ability to work in a team of enthusiastic colleagues.

你应具有 Your Profile:

61 在聚合物加工方面相关经验，ISO 及认证的工作环境及工程塑料行业优先考虑；

61 Experience in Polymer processing, preferably in an ISO certified environment and/or in the Engineering Plastics industry.

61 生产员工管理经验；

61 Experience in leading of production employees.

61 质量体系经验；

61 Experience with quality systems

61 技术学士学位（985 或 211 本科或以上学历）；

61 A technical Bachelor’s Degree.

61 英语、中文听、说写熟练；

61 Ability to speak and write in Chinese and English Language.

61 具备抗压能力；

61 Capability to work in stressful situations.

61 工作地址珠海巽丰工厂（三灶定湾四路）

61 Working in our Xunfeng plant.
