61 3+ years of experience on electrical product engineering testing , development or program management.

61 Good understanding of HW/SW architecture and interoperability of a complex systems

61 Fundamental EE/SW knowledge and experience in leading technical project is preferred

61 Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

61 Knowledge of data analysis and statistics

61 Excellent oral and written interpersonal skills(English)

61 Dynamic and “can do” attitude

Description

Responsible for managing all the ongoing factory test readiness and build execution, for new product introduction from prototype to mass production.

This includes:

61 Responsible to maintain and publish factory test process flow and system setup.

61 Responsible to handle factory team access setup

61 Be the main contact for factory build planning and execution, collaborate with factory/ Client team on tasks execution and represent testing leadership in meetings

61 Track testing document release and factory implementation

61 Drive factory owned test station design and validation with CM/Client and vendors, responsible for station BOM audit

61 Be the main contact to interact with Operation team for station maturity tracking and issue follow up

61 Responsible to provide daily factory testing status throughout build or dry run.
