Logistics Specialist

1.Arrange daily transportation.

2.Base on delivery plan , coordinate warehouse and the carrier. when will truck arrive at the plant ?

how many goods will be loaded ? whatever.

3. Prepare all delivery notes and handle them in SAP

4. Handle transportation issue or report it to the leader.

5.track all deliveries and give the feedback to corresponding sales.

6. Collect all sign-back delivery notes from customers .

7. Collect all logistics data and make sure the data correctly .

8. Check all records of transportation with carrier and then prepare all

Payments for freight

9. Collect all supplier’s KPI and alarm them to improve.

10. Update the logistics data timely in SAP.

11.Support S&T team on raw material supply.

12.Other task when need.

Requirements:

1.College degree or above

2.Majoring in logistics management , international trade etc.

3.Minimum with 2 years logistics /warehouse work experience .

4.Prefer 1 year transportation arrangement experience

5.Better to have SAP experience.
