We are now seeking an Account Executive (AE) based in China to focus on building strong relationships with factories and manufacturing partners, educating them on why they should refer their
merchant clients us for fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Factory Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with Chinese manufacturers and factory managers, positioning as the preferred fulfillment partner for their overseas clients.
- Referral Generation: Educate factories on value proposition and secure referrals of their DTC and brand customers to us.
- Sales Execution: Develop and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed referral and revenue targets.
- Consultative Selling: Understand factory needs and challenges, and present our solutions in a clear, compelling way to decision-makers.
- Market Development: Gather insights on factory practices, referral behaviors, and competitive landscape to inform us strategy.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of selling into factories or manufacturing groups in China.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English; strong Mandarin Chinese required.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to open doors, run a structured sales process, and close referral agreements or partnership deals.
- Relationship Builder: Strong networking and interpersonal skills; able to influence factory stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Cultural Competence: Deep understanding of Chinese factory dynamics, business practices, and decision-making processes.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; entrepreneurial mindset with a
drive to exceed targets.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM and modern sales tools
