Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners.
2. Meeting with potential partners to present offerings and negotiate business deals.
3. Conducting market research and rendering reports and guidance of business opportunities as well as implement strategies to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
4. Analyzing feedback data to determine the satisfaction of products and services.
5. Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce costs and generate profits.
6. Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
7. Analyzing and researching market opportunities, client needs, and competing products to raise practical solutions.
8. Communicating with technical team to realize the functions and effects required by customers and students.
9. Designing and editing courses on the Learning Mall based on source materials provided by the internal and external partners.
10. Support and facilitate the design and development of new education products based on client's and students’ needs, market opportunities, and teaching resources.
Qualifications:
1. Master’s degrees in education studies, education technology, instructional design or related fields preferred;
Required Competencies and Skills:
1. Solid written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English;
2. Experience in market research and delivering survey reports;
3. Strong communication and bargain skills, good at striving for maximum benefits for one's own side in negotiations;
4. Significant experience with online learning platforms and websites of universities and other units, experience in designing courses and integrating resources for online learning platforms is strongly preferred;
5. Experience working with creative teams to develop complex projects;
6. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally; ability to work extended and flexible hours including evenings or weekends;
7. Superior marketing and business writing skills are essential; excellent oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are also required;
8. Proven track record in researching, planning and administering similar comprehensive programmes;
9. Strong aesthetic and typesetting ability for course designing;
10. Excellent interpersonal skills, good judgment and the ability to conduct negotiations in a timely manner;
11. Ability to work under pressure around key deadlines and be prepared to work overtime when required;
12. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize a variety of tasks and demands;
13. Highly productive self-starter with excellent organisational and time management skills;
14. Ability to work within teams, to speak publicly, to interact with different stakeholders and sectors, to gain new allies and to promote coalition work;
15. Creative and flexible with ability to develop new approaches to advance goals and objectives.
