REPORTING TO: Manager/ Supervisor

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Work with Hong Kong sourcing team and partner with Brands, Development Centers, Engineering Team, QA Team, Wash Team, RO to monitor product costing analysis and control, saving project, capacity plan (garment/washing), pre-production calendar that ensures quality, cost and timely delivery for North America business. The role has extensive focus on analytics and negotiation in order to get the lowest cost or manage order place to the best cost maker. The individual plays a key role in ensuring everyday job duties and fixing ad hoc issues independly.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Include but not limited to

61Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of pre-production costs and the timely submission of data to US counterparts.

61Responsible for verifying the accuracy of all cost sheets prior to submission to US counterparts.

61To ensure all data are accurate and available on time for cost analysis.

61Collaborate closely with the Hong Kong Sourcing and Development Centres in China and Bangladesh to ensure timely costing submissions.

61Work directly and independently with the Product Development (PD) team in the US.

61Responsible to pre-empt & alert problems to Supervisor and business counterpart promptly, work closely with supervisor/manager for solutions in timely manner.

61Support the Hong Kong Sourcing team with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed

61Work closely with Development Centers/ Regional offices/ Vendors to provide support to in product development, ensure products developed are meeting customer’s quality and budget requirement. Provide alerts for potential issues and advice for product improvement. Responsible for the execution of development against the established calendar

61Work with Development Centres /wash team/regional office/QA to ensure well planned order allocation are executed smoothly and in timely manner. Process orders promptly and accurately making certain the vendor fully understands and can comply with all details. Establish controls to ensure fabric, approval sample, e-pattern, bulk standard are obtained on time and meet all specifications.

61与研发中心、区域办公室、供应商紧密合作，为产品开发提供支持，确保产品符合客户质量和预算要求。对可能出现的问题提前预警并提出改进建议，负责按既定日程推进产品开发工作。

61与研发中心、水洗团队、区域办公室和质检团队紧密合作，确保订单分配合理且顺利执行。及时准确地处理订单，并确保供应商完全理解且能够遵守所有细节。建立有效控制措施，确保面料、批准样品、电子图案、大货标准按时获取且符合所有规格。

61At least 10 years of experience in Apparel sourcing/ production for US market

61Strong Cost negotiation and Cost analysis skills with at least 2 years of experience

61Day to day Merchandising skills. Product knowledge for Tops, Bottoms, Woven, Knits and Variety of Denim Washes.

61Proven record of accomplishing result working in a multi-national environment

61Independent, team player and possesses ability to collaborate across distances and organizational lines

61Experience in handling a complex business issues involving various stakeholders and navigating in a matrix environment

61Proactive , responsible and dependable

61Excellent interpersonal skills.

61Excellent analytical and negotiation skills and ability to influence.

61Language Proficiency: English and local language fluency in both oral and writing

61Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment to meet multiple deadlines.

61Experience with SAP is preferable

61Strong PC Skills, such as Microsoft Excel (Pivot table & Vloop-up, formulars), Smartsheet and Outlook

61有 SAP 系统经验者优先。

61熟练掌握计算机技能，例如 Microsoft Excel（数据透视表、Vlookup、公式）、Smartsheet 和 Outlook。
