MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES
After a scheduled shorter period of internal training with the Mother Company, be accountable to facilitate the implementation in China of the production lines and to share competencies among the Chinese organization.
To mainly follow the process and production lines of Inverter, includes but not limited to:
- Inverters block functions
- PFC
- IGBT
- Current measurement
- ModBus
- Micro safety
- Lab View
- Visual Basic
- Safety POD test
- Functional Test with power until 30A tri-phases
- Machine Vision system
- Press fit or selective soldering process for IGBT modules
- Intelligent screwdriver system POSXPRO
- Thermal paste deposit system
- Production defectiveness and scraps analysis
- Production standard maintain, audit and improvement
- TPM for all related equipment and fixtures
Be involved for analysis, preventive and corrective action among defectiveness coming from the production lines and from the field
Manage and follow up Product Life Change Management of the product
In charge of Training to Operators, technicians and Maintainers
PERSONAL REQUIREMENT
Education
Electronic, computer technology Bachelor degree or above
Working experience
Experiences at electronic assembly products board testing, including circuit test and programming on board (PCBA for inverter will be prefer), and production process flow definition and improvement from Lean concept.
Experiences on project transferring.
Skill & Knowledge
Requested ability to read and understand electronic circuit drawing, know well about analog & digital electronics and popular programming method
ICT and FCT test methodology, SPEA/Seica is preferred.
DFT/DFM and Test coverage knowledge
ERP system skills
Labview test program debug
Microsoft tool skills
English, good written and spoken
