职位描述
【Objectives】
1. Grow our sales revenue with existing and new customers
2. Guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction
【Main activities】
1. Take ownership of the customers projects until mass production
2. Keep constant commercial relationship with our customers, at all levels: General Management, Engineering, Product management, Purchasing, Finance
3. Define a sales strategy per customer and /or project in cooperation with Sales Director
4. Follow KPI’s for commercial performance
5. Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition
6. Be the entry point for all the commercial and technical issues for the accounts
7. Regular meetings with oversea customers and write meeting notes
8. Meet often customers/prospects to:
- dentify new projects
- Follow in-progress projects
- Make sure that our technical recommendations are properly respected
- Be present during the key development stages: prototyping, pre-series… (if
need be)
- Ensure the customer satisfaction at all levels of the organization: GM,
technical, purchasing, sales & marketing, finance…
- Identify the motivations of the customers and the potential blockage
- Oversea travels to visit EU or US customers if needed
- Host customer visits to AEM
9. Provide monthly sales forecast and follow its evolution during the season
10. Prepare internal reporting (sales meetings, presentations, etc.) and make sure all sales presentations are up to date
11. Proposes to Sales Director on a yearly basis:
- Sales budget
12. Support overdue payments collection if need be
13. Open business opportunities for the whole range of Actuator and GT group products
14. Ensure that the customers quality claims are properly taken care by the factory
15. Regular reporting to the Sales Director
【Profile】
Education:
Bachelor degree in Manufacturing, mechanical, electronic or electro-mechanical engineering with an extra training in business.
Experience:
5 year experience in B2B industrial sales. Experience in motor industry is preferred. Project management is a plus.
Languages:
Good level of English both writing and speaking.
Profile:

IT skills:
MS Word, Excel (with Pivot table) and PowerPoint. Understands and uses ERP system.
Others:
High work ethic and attitude. Technical ability. SME mindset, ability to take initiative, autonomous. Able to plan and organize well. Can travel often.
