厂务设施工程师

1. 3 years above engineer experience on semiconductor related utilities supply infrastructure management i.e. HVAC, cleanroom, RODI, CDA, special gas, and power room management;

3年以上半导体相关公用设施管理经验，如暖通空调、洁净室、RODI、CDA、特种气体和电力室管理

2. Management role to manage a team with 3 members above;

管理3人以上的团队

岗位职责：

1. MEP system and clean room installation stage quality supervision;

MEP系统及洁净室安装阶段质量监督

2. New factory buyoff stage quality supervision and document control;

新厂验收阶段的质量监督和文件控制;

3. SOP set up for facility infrastructure operation and training to the facility technicians;

制定设备基础设施运行的SOP，并对设备技术人员进行培训
