Coordinate to solve major technical and quality problems in machining & assembling. Provide instruction on the spot

负责进行机加工工序的统计过程能力分析和产能分析

Responsible for statistical process capability analysis and capacity analysis of machining & assembling process

任职要求：

大学机械及相关专业本科或以上学历

University graduate or above，mechanical or related major

练掌握工程制图标准和表示方法，掌握公差配合的选用及标注，掌握公差链的计算方法。

Proficient in engineering drawing standards and presentation methods，Master the selection and marking of tolerance fit，know well about calculation method of tolerance chain."

熟练掌握CNC设备编程及调试技能

Proficient in CNC machine programming and debugging

掌握精益生产和质量改进基本工具

Master the basic tools of lean production and quality improvement

有机械设计的基本知识和技能，能使用Solidworks、Autocad进行夹具、检具、刀具的设计

have the knowledge and skills of mechanical design, and be able to use SolidWorks and AutoCAD to design fixtures ,inspection tools and cutting tools.

质量管理要求：熟悉TS16949质量管理体系

Quality control knowledge: familiar with TS16949 quality control system

环保管理要求：熟悉ISO14001环境管理体系
