COMPANY AND MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

Chelsey House is a fast-growing and dynamic luxury lifestyle company with the mission to build the next generation of new luxury global brands. Based in Shanghai, we offer full scope brand management and retail services including business development, branding, retail, ecommerce, operations, and brand investment for international aspirational fashion and lifestyle brands.

We currently serve as exclusive brand partners for luxury brands such as Zimmermann, Mackage, R13, Sporty & Rich and more in Greater China. We currently employ around 80+ staff and growing.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working with Marketing team, design and deploy holistic brand strategy and calendar for Chelsey House partner brands (Mackage & R13) to grow brand awareness and local appeal.

• Responsible for copywriting and translations for key social and media channels, including press release and social post drafting and posting.

• Manage and grow social media channels; drive content planning and weekly reporting while delivering on growth. Analyze social performance through regular reporting and KPI assessments.

• Drive key KOL/ KOC projects while actively identifying new emerging influencers that fit brand tonality

• Support brand and retail events, including concept, guest management and exposure follow up.

• Collaborate closely with PR and digital agencies to develop editorial plans and pitch exposure to build brand presence. Actively forge close relationships with media, stylists, and influencers.

• Keep close monitoring of hot social buzz and competitor/influencer activities. Regularly share industry best practices with brand partner and local teams.

• Support marketing team with basic design needs as required.

• Oversee sample management to maximize top of line exposure

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 year of full-time marketing or relevant internship experience

• Strong Chinese copywriting skill a must; good English communication skill

• Basic photoshop and design skills required or willingness to learn

• Entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a fast-paced environment
