Maintenance engineer维修工程师

Associate degree or above, major in electrical automatization

2，有低压电工证，登高证，能够读写英语；

Low-voltage Electrical certified license，climbing certificate，Can read and write English

3，五年或五年以上维修经验， 至少五年丰富的车床\铣床\注塑机设备维修经验；

equivalent to or above 5 years of experience in maintenance. Profound experience of minimum 3 years with machining &injection molding machines,

4，熟悉微软公司Excel, Word, PPT, AutoCAD等软件；

familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT, AutoCAD

5，熟悉德马吉数控铣床、车床者、恩格尔注塑机优先；

skilled in DMG CNC, milling machine, turning machine, Engel injection molding machine will be preferred.

岗位职责：

1，调查和确认主要设施及工艺设备的失效原因，提供修复方案并实施；填写和整理各种设施及工艺设备点检记录、维修记录及提高设备的效率；

Investigate and identify the root cause of major facility and process equipment failures and raise up the repairing solution and put into implementation, fill in and categorize all kinds of equipment inspection records, maintenance records and improve equipment efficiency;

2，主导应急维修并具备亲自动手能力；

lead emergency maintenance with hands-on capability

3，准备并管理设施及工艺设备的备件以满足预防性维修的要求；

Prepare and manage spare parts to meet the requirement of preventive plan;

4，新工艺及设施设备操作手册的制定

Make technical specification/work instruction for new machine and facility equipments

5，已有设备维保计划更新跟进，新设备维保计划的建立；

Update preventive maintenance plan for existing equipment and set up preventive maintenance plan for new equipment；

6，维修指令的准备，监督第三方维保工作以及及时执行由自己实施的维保工作

Prepare maintenance instruction and monitor PM activities by 3rd party and self-implement preventive maintenance timely

7，对技术员实施技术培训(如有时)

Provide technical training to technician team（if any）

8，负责设备文档、图纸的收集及归档

Responsible for equipment documents collection and archiving

9，建立三级维保制度，分发相关保养表单并收集汇总

set up 3 level maintenance rule and issue related form and collect them accordingly

10，主导设施及工艺设备检查，维修及备件的更换

Lead facility and process equipments inspection, repairing and spare parts replacement

11，准备第三方设施维保服务的工作范围文件

Prepare SSOW for 3rd party service of facility preventive maintenance

12，具备修复德马吉及格劳博铣床和车床以及恩格尔注塑机的专业能力

Specialized on repairing of machine DMG or Grob milling and turning machine, Engel injection molding machine.

13，如需要，能够适应弹性的工作时间制或加班。

Adaptive with flexible working time and overtime if any need
