IT Specialist-Associate Manager (AI)

· Identify opportunities to apply generative AI, deep learning, and simulation tools to shorten discovery and R&D timelines.

· Design AI solutions to support Clinical, CMC and Commercial operations,, e.g. real-world data analysis, personalized engagement.

· Deploy AI-driven automation tools (e.g., NLP, robotic process automation, API) for workflows in manufacturing, supply chain, Finance and regulatory compliance.

· Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, Veeva, CRM).

· Ensure AI solutions adhere to regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

· Education: Advanced degree (PhD/MS) in Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Chemistry, Biology, or related field.

· Experience: 3+ years in AI/ML roles, preferably in pharma/life sciences. Proven track record in drug discovery (e.g., generative chemistry, bioinformatics).

· Technical Skills:

· Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

· Familiarity with cheminformatics tools (e.g., RDKit, Schr02dinger) and clinical/commercial data systems.

· Domain Knowledge: Understanding of pharmaceutical R&D, clinical trial phases, and commercialization processes.

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
