高级业务跟单经理

工作要求和职责：英语的口语沟通和书写流利；熟悉业务跟单的流程，有良好的同事之间各部门之间的沟通和合作；本公司跟单的流程将接触：客户，采购部，工程部，财务部，总经理等部门；熟悉海运和空运的操作，出口单证的文件制作和整理；熟练运用excel，word等电子表格和制作；***有ERP系统的运用和使用经验；公司内部使用的是ERP软件；***有外企的相关工作经验；有对外贸易业务的相关经验；品德端正，上进好学。配合公司的要求，规范，认真对待公司提供的培训；Requirement and job description:Well experienced with merchandiser work process. Good cooperation/ communication with other departments/ colleagues. The merchandiser process in Alumess: Customer, purchase department, engineer department, financial department, General Manager etc. Familiar with sea&air shipping process, familiar with export shipping procedure/ documents.Skilled with office excel, word etc, forms/reports make.Prefer someone has ERP system experience, or some other business software experience. Prefer someone worked in foreigner companies, experience with foreign trade business.Good attitude in cooperation with company requirements/rules/company training.
