电气工程师

1. 负责对相关锻造设备及附属设备进行电气应急维修和预防性维修工作，维修工单的管理以及相应设备的备品备件的计划和***库存/重订货点的管理；response for electrical emergency repairing and preventive maintenance of forging machine. Management of SAP repair orders and spare parts planning, including spare parts maximum stock and reorder point management.

2. 制定相关设备的预防性维修计划（日/周/月/季/年）和预防性维修保养文件，按期实施维修计划；

Make out preventive maintenance plan and documents, implement maintenance according to the plan.

3. 负责对维修人员的技术培训工作，提高员工的技术素质和工作效率；

Train technicians to improve their technical performance and work efficiency.

4. 收集和管理有关维修工作的技术资料并制定相关维修维护作业指导书；

Collect and manage technical documentation ,and formulate relevant repair and maintenance work instructions.

5. 负责维修的安全管理工作，杜绝工伤事故的发生;

Manage maintenance safety to avoid accidents.

6. 处理电气维修工不能解决的疑难故障和问题;

Troubleshoot on electrical repairs technician can‘t fixed.

7. 不断降低设备的停机时间；

Continuously Reduce equipment downtime.

8. 新设备新项目的前期技术参与、标准制定、配合供应商进行后期的安装调试及验收工作.

Support new equipment and new project technical standard formulation, installation, commission and acceptance。

Requirements：

1. Education: 大专以上学历，电气自动化专业或工业自动化专业

Above college in electrical or automation major

2. Experience: 5年以上相关工作经验

At least 5 years related work experience.

3. Technical know-how:

a. 熟悉西门子工业自动化系统如SIMATIC,SINAMICS/SIMOTION SCOUT,SINUMERIC;

Familiar with Siemens automatic system：SIMATIC,SINAMICS/SIMOTION SCOUT,SINUMERIC。

b. 熟悉并精通Step7、安全PLC,博途、人机界面，Profibus-DP/Profinet通信, Siemens S120等硬件配置和软件设计并且能够通过软件进行故障诊断和程序优化；

Familiar and proficient in SIMATIC Step7,Safety PLC,HMI, Profibus-DP/Profinet communication/connection,SIMOTION-S120 hardware and software diagnostics.

c. 具有清晰的电路分析思路，对新型和常规电气元器件较为熟悉，并能熟练运用于现场控制;

With clear circuit analysis ideas, familiar with new and conventional electrical spare parts.

d. 了解压力计、流量计、温度计等测量设备，熟悉液压系统、润滑系统和气动系统；从事相关专业工作两年以上者优先;

Basic knowledge on pressure gauge, flow meter, thermometer and other measuring equipment, familiar with hydraulic, lubrication and pneumatic; above 2 years related work experience are preferred.

e. 英语能沟通，能看懂英文图纸;

English can be used for communication and reading.

f. 良好的团队合作和吃苦耐劳的精神.
