1. Process quality control with quality tools (APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, MSA analysis and SPC study on key characteristic)

2. Verify machining process for new product, prepare PPAP files (Control plan, ISIR, PSW etc.) and related quality inspection files, work closely with engineering and process engineering to update quality document on new released drawing

3. Root cause analysis and action follow up for customer failures

4. Quality risk management. Review quality performance regularly, including internal scrap, *** part release and frequency inspection by CMM, PPM etc., make analysis and follow up issue with PDCA management method

5. Review and approve process change, update quality files based on process change

6. Monthly process audit and product audit

7. Review PPAP and approve casting of supplier, work with SQE to improve casting defect

8. Support daily work of inspectors, make training for them to improve quality skills

9. Continues improvement to reach better quality performance

Key Competencies:

1. Familiar with quality management system ISO9001 / TS16949

2. Familiar with quality tool application

3. Good communication skill with English

4. Good coordination / team work

5. Good problem-solving ability with result oriented

6. Be able to face challenge and work under pressure

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering related

2. Minimum 5 years overall professional experience on machining process, at least 2 years working experience on machining process quality
