职位描述

岗位职责：

· Be responsible for the development of new large-scale customers nationwide, focusing on the assembly and manufacturing industry, and achieve the company’s sales targets.负责全国范围内全新大型客户的开发，专注于装配制造类行业，完成公司设定的销售目标

· Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and provide professional and efficient solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.深入了解客户需求，提供专业、高效的解决方案，提升客户满意度

· Collect and analyze market information, formulate market development strategies, and provide decision-making support for the company’s market layout.收集和分析市场信息，制定市场开发策略，为公司市场布局提供决策支持

· Coordinate internal resources to ensure the smooth progress of projects, and complete project signing and payment collection.协调公司内部资源，确保项目顺利推进，完成项目签约及回款工作

· Participate in industry exhibitions and activities to enhance the company’s brand awareness and influence.参与行业展会、活动，提升公司品牌知名度和影响力。

· Maintain and support 6-S principles and initiatives 支持及推动6S的推行

· Other work assigned by superior and company 上级领导及公司分派的其他工作

岗位要求：

· College degree or above in marketing, mechanical manufacturing, business management, or related fields大专及以上学历，市场营销、机械制造、企业管理等相关专业

· At least 3 years’ experience in developing large-scale customers, sales experience in the assembly and manufacturing industry is preferred.具有至少3年以上大型客户开发经验，有装配制造类行业销售经验优先

· Familiar with market dynamics and customer needs in the assembly and manufacturing industry, with strong market analysis and judgment abilities.熟悉装配制造行业市场动态及客户需求，具备较强的市场分析及判断能力

· Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of independent customer negotiation to facilitate project cooperation.具备良好的沟通协调能力，能独立进行客户谈判，促成项目合作

· Strong team spirit, able to work under pressure and adapt to business travel.具备较强的团队合作精神，能承受工作压力，适应出差

· Priority given to candidates with large-scale customer resources in the assembly and manufacturing industry, such as automotive, machinery, electronics, etc.拥有装配制造类大型客户资源者优先，如汽车、机械、电子等领域

· Self-motivate, confident, patient, responsible自我激励,自信,耐心,负责

· Good mental and physical conditions良好的身心健康状况
