职位描述

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and target potential clients (wholesalers, retailers, hospitality, and corporate buyers) in Europe, UAE, Australia and other potential markets.
- Generate leads through networking, trade shows, industry events, and digital channels.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (importers, distributors, buyers, project developers).
- Conduct product presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with new clients.
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate product & furniture solutions to maximize profitability.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining long-term client satisfaction.
- Identify and translate market tendency & customer needs to the design, account management and product development team.
- Work closely with Merchandise and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on business development progress.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B sales/business development, preferably in the furniture and homeware export/import industry.
- Strong existing network of contacts in the furniture industry (Europe & UAE markets preferred).
- Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, procurement processes, and contract negotiation.
- "Hunter mindset" to uncover and generate opportunities for business growth
- Ability to identify high-margin opportunities and position products effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Good communication skill, and able to communicate/ present work results via English.
- Skilled at Microsoft Office 365, CAD and SolidWorks software
- Willingness to travel for trade shows and client meetings (if required).
