- Ensure smooth daily sourcing , quotation & purchasing operations are running effectively.

- Provide support to Sales Team to satisfy cutomer request on delivery time.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements and developments in fastener technology, standards, and regulations

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of any quality or delivery concerns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define fastener requirements and specifications for various projects

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies related to fastener sourcing, quality, and environmental health and safety

- Review technical drawings, specifications, and standards to ensure compliance and accuracy in fastener selection and procurement

- Provide regular reports on fastener sourcing, quality, and performance metrics to management

- Familiar with fasteners standards, performance property, application, production process and etc

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to fastener management, including cost savings, process optimization, and quality enhancement

- Give training and coaching to team members

- Maintain and support 6S principles and initiatives

- Other works assigned by the company
