Development specialist

1.Reviewing and ensuring tech pack details for completeness and accuracy (compare with Tech scketch).

2.Need to check & comment development samples according to tech pack details including specifications, sketches, workmanship, color, quality, measurement, overall apperaance. Ensuring they are meeting with company's sample requirements.

3.Resolving issues through daily work with suppliers & HQ at developmnet stage. Providing professional technical support to the HQ & suppliers if necessary.

4.Visiting suppliers/factories to solve problems on site if needed, and answer questions from supplier related to development stage; with GSs work on alternative solutions improving production efficiencies.

5.Cooperate closely with Global Apparel Quality Director to increase our level of quality product offer to our clients.

In collaboration with Material, Testing and Product teams monitor and help evolve testing requirements for materials and garments to improve quality and functionality of our products - help to develop global processes.

6.Regular visits to competitors' stores to give insight in technological ,innovations and fabrics with new fashion /design offer to HQ.

7.Participate to "pre-concept meeting" or "design -handover".

8.Taking NEW task once company's needed.

9.PPS checking including quality,color,workmanship,measurement,fitting,-covered PPC task.

10.Other works assigned by manager.

Qualifications:

1.Language Abilities: Fluent read&writing English preferably.

2.Computer Skills: Familiar with MS software.

3.Working Experience: 8-10 years above in garment production technology ACC, exposure to apparel manufacturing in apparel/textile industry.

4.Education & Training: Junior college or above degree with apparel related major ( garment engineer perferred).

5.Certificates, tests :Munsell Hue 100 test every year
