Garment Technician

主要工作内容：

1、跟进供应商的样品。

2、服装合身度的检查和样板的校正。确保服装试穿合身，并向品牌和供应商提供建议和改进。

3、分析品牌对样品的合身性意见，与供应商讨论，确保在生产前达到***质量，并解决生产问题。

4. 能够通过 TOP 样品展示生产的实际情况。

5. 定期维护和更新每个品牌部门和款式的 FIT 样品/PPS 和 TOP 状态，这将有助于重复订单的工作。

6. 与所有供应商和团队保持良好的工作关系。

7. 及时向内部和外部联系人介绍公司政策、业务守则和工作流程，并确保所有产品都是在符合社会要求的环境下开发/采购的。

Garment Technician role will be to support team peers and suppliers in respect of fit / measurement/ workmanship & on standardization process of how to measure to have compliant product as per our group requirement.

Main job responsibilities:

Follow up on supplier samples.

Inspect the fit of garments and adjust patterns. Ensure that the garments fit properly during try-ons and provide suggestions and improvements to both brands and suppliers.

Analyze feedback from the brand regarding the fit of samples, discuss with suppliers, and ensure the best quality is achieved before production, addressing any production issues.

Be able to demonstrate the actual production situation through TOP samples.

Regularly maintain and update the FIT samples/PPS and TOP status for each brand department and style, which will aid in the work for repeat orders.

Maintain good working relationships with all suppliers and teams.

Timely introduce company policies, business codes of conduct, and workflows to internal and external contacts, ensuring all products are developed and sourced in compliance with social responsibility requirements.
