电子电器工程师（EMC/EE方向）

岗位职责 (Job Responsibilities):

1. 负责分析、解读各类客户EMC/EE标准以及相关的国家、国际标准；

Be responsible for analysis on EMC/EE specifications from various customers, as well as ISO and GBT.

2. 支持项目组团队与客户沟通EMC/EE技术方案、编制相关测试计划。根据项目需求，协调内/外部试验资源，完成各类试验的软硬件准备工作，开展产品的EMC/EE验证及认可工作；

Communicate EMC technical proposal with customers and draft EMC/EE test plan. Coordinate internal and external resource to accomplish test preparation and carry out EMC/EE validation task.

3. 与设计部门协同进行EMC/EE失效分析、整改及设计优化工作；

Support on EMC/EE failure analysis and hardware design optimization.

4. 针对产品EMC/EE问题进行风险评估，并支持客户进行整车EMC的问题分析；

Give logical and reasonable risk assessment on EMC/EE failures of the product and support customer on EMC failures at vehicle level.

5. 参与全新的EMC/EE试验方法引入和实验室能力建设工作；

Participate in applying new EMC/EE test method and establish new test capacity of the lab.

6. 负责各类客户及标准化组织发起的审核工作，参与实验室质量管理。

Be responsible for laboratory audit tasks organized by various customers and standardization organizations. Participate in lab management.

任职能力及资格要求 (Qualification):

1. 全日制大学本科及以上学历。电子电气、机电一体化、自动化、测控、通讯等电磁兼容相关专业；

Full-time bachelor's degree or higher in EMC related fields like Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Measurement and Control Technology, Telecommunications Engineering and etc.

2. 熟悉汽车EMC/EE相关标准和测试方法；

Be familiar with automotive EMC/EE standards and test methods.

3. 熟悉电磁兼容相关测试设备使用；

Be familiar with the use of EMC relevant devices.

4. 熟练使用相关测试软件如CANoe/Canalyser, BAT-EMC, EM32等，具有C/C++，Labview或Python等编程经验者优先；

Be proficient in test relevant software, e.g.: CANoe/Canalyser, BAT-EMC, EM32. Programming experience (C/C++, Labview, Python) is a plus.

5. 具有良好的沟通能力及抗压能力，能使用英语进行技术交流为佳；

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work under pressure. Being able to communicating with fluent English is preferred.

6. 有责任心，具备较好的学习能力。

Be a responsible person and a quick learner.
