维修工程师

Support VS productivity improvement;

Implement equipment KAIZEN and keep all machines in good status.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide maintenance technology expertise in production equipment & related;

Establish production AM& PM standards, organize & implement AM and PM activities;

Lead root cause analysis on machine faults and take preventive measure;

Spare parts management within VS;

Training to maintenance technician on troubleshooting;

Identify and lead equipment Kaizen activities and support for other production Kaizen activities within VS;

Support new machine installation, commissioning work;

Promote electricity/mechanical safety awareness and LOTO (lock-out Tag-out) procedure.

EXPERIENCE:

5+Yrs industry equipment maintenance experience and 2+Yrs maintenance management experience;

2+ years machining equipment maintenance experience (For EVS ME);

Have the experience of assembly equipment maintenance is preferred (For VS ME) .

PROFILE:

Engineering Graduate (ME, EE)

Manufacturing/mechanical experience

Be good at pneumatic control system and PLC

Preferable

Good at Microsoft office software

Good professional English ability both in writing and reading

? 5年以上行业设备维护经验和2年以上维护管理经验；

? 有装配设备维修经验者优先

? 擅长气动控制系统和PLC

? 制造/机械经验

? 熟悉机械或液压者优先
