The Digital Product Manager is a strategic role to enhance customer experience and accelerate digital business growth through integrated date driven China CRM ecosystem and digital innovation across online to offline store. Drive CRM initiatives, plan and prioritize the roadmap of online and offline projects in accordance with the company’s clienteling business strategy, execute and manage the project in an agile manner.
We are looking for a self-starter and strategic thinker, who will be able to identify opportunities towards achieving brand & business goals through digital innovation, technology, data, and partnerships.
What you will do:
61 Responsible for China local CRM digitalization to drive business growth, digital engagement, and enhance World-Class Luxury Customer Experience.
61 Managing and optimizing the CRM eco-system for client engagement and customer service, WeChat, WeCom, 3rd Party Platform & Retail to drive internal cross-functional teams and external partners to archive business goals.
61 Stay apprised of the FMCG, luxury, fashion, and beauty industry and the latest digital technologies to proactively develop new and best-in-class innovation approach to connect with consumers and improve performance.
61 Manage multiple innovation, data, and technology partners to implement project initiatives and manage executions.
61 Monitor and analysis China Digital landscape, competitor activation, and consumer needs to identify opportunities to improvement and growth.
61 Enable digital products, customer experience to show up leading innovation on luxury brand-owned channels
61 Manage internal innovation training and workshop with cross-functional teams.

61 8+ years proven experience in digital CRM product with relevant team management responsibility.
61 Strategic mind-set with budget management, delivering goals and KPIs.
61 Strong passion and start-up self-driven for digital Omnichannel business.
61 Excellent leadership abilities and with strong track record of team management and development experience.
61 Excellent English and Mandarin skills, both verbal & written. Strong communication and project management skills.
