1. Leading the development of novel components and parts (encompassing motors, electronics, plastics & metal, etc..) for our product lineup, alongside the evaluation of new suppliers' competencies.

2. Conduct Suppliers assessment according to procedures.

3. Collaborate with engineers to develop RFQs, conduct inquiries and secure timely, accurate quotations that meet requirements for specifications, cost, delivery timelines, and payment terms, etc..

4. Communicate with suppliers to ensure they have a clear and comprehensive understanding of specifications and requirements.

5. Responsible for coordinating with existing suppliers on delivery issues and other matters arising during the supply process.

6. Cooperate with US or UK Team for other new products development

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above, engineering background is preferred.

2. Excellent written and oral English，Good communication and coordination skills;

3. Familiarity with processes and terms of trade for procurement and logistics work；

4.Strong learning ability, able to understand the requirements of mechanical drawings and technical specifications.

5. Outgoing personality, excellent negotiation skills, adaptable to travel.

6. A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required. Experience working in a WOFE (Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprise) is preferred.
