主要职责
1、主导新客户开发、商务谈判及量产订单落地;
2、积极拓展市场渠道,挖掘新客户与新项目机会,推动销售业绩持续增长;
3、精准识别客户需求,诊断业务痛点与目标,提供定制化解决方案;
4、在授权范围内独立完成销售条款谈判;
5、协同全球销售团队及技术部门实现跨区域协作;
6、主导或参与重大合同谈判;
7、具备端到端独立完成交易的能力;
8、达成双方共识的个人绩效目标;
9、监测行业动态,输出市场洞察报告。
背景要求
1、需高频次拜访新客户,快速推进销售转化;
2、针对AVO碳材料新产品线,重点突破新客户领域以实现销售目标。
任职要求
1、工程类(材料/机械/电子等相关专业)本科及以上学历,具备汽车行业OEM客户销售经验;
2、中国国籍,英语口语及书面表达能力流畅;
3、5年以上汽车行业OEM客户深耕经验,熟悉主机厂合作模式;
4、精通电动汽车核心应用(如电驱系统、车载充电机OBC/直流快充设备等);
5、熟练掌握APQP/PPAP等整车厂项目开发流程;
6、具备出色的销售谈判能力、高管级方案宣讲能力及合同把控力;
7、擅长跨文化沟通与全球协作,具备客户关系体系化搭建能力;
8、高度自驱,能适应高强度目标导向型工作。
Main Responsibilities
1、Lead new client development, business negotiations, and mass production order acquisition.
2、Proactively expand market channels, identify new clients and project opportunities, and drive continuous sales growth.
3、Accurately identify customer needs, diagnose pain points and objectives, and provide customized solutions.
4、Independently negotiate sales terms within authorized limits.
5、Collaborate with global sales teams and technical departments to achieve cross-regional synergy.
6、Lead or participate in major contract negotiations.
7、Demonstrate end-to-end capability to independently close deals.
8、Achieve mutually agreed personal performance targets.
9、Monitor industry trends and deliver market insight reports.
Background Requirements
1、Frequent visits to new clients to accelerate sales conversion.
2、Focus on penetrating new client segments for AVO Carbon's new product lines to achieve sales objectives.
Qualifications
1、Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Materials, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields), with sales experience targeting OEM clients in the automotive industry.
2、Chinese nationality, with fluent spoken and written English proficiency.
3、Over 10 years of experience working extensively with automotive OEMs, familiar with OEM collaboration models.
4、In-depth knowledge of electric vehicle core applications (e.g., e-drive systems, onboard chargers OBC/DC fast charging equipment).
5、Proficient in OEM project development processes such as APQP/PPAP.
6、Strong sales negotiation skills, executive-level presentation capabilities, and contract management expertise.
7、Excellent cross-cultural communication and global collaboration skills, with the ability to systematically build customer relationships.
8、Highly self-motivated and able to thrive in a high-pressure, goal-oriented environment.
