Process Controller

61 Secure the price level of PO is in accordance with the market price level, history price level and prices are competitive or subject to agreement prices in frame contract. Ensure documentation of purchase order is fulfilled with the requirement of company process control.

61 Be responsible for the XIA production compliance process supervise and development in accordance with company 's rules, regulations, policies, instructions and procedure.

61 Participate internal and external auditing processes. Regular monitor and propose company & department process improvement and development.

61 Follow the company's seal management process for the procurement contract seal. Stamping to the purchase orders that have been approved.

61 Provide internal process & compliance audit materials for annual financial audit.

61 Collect audit report monthly, including but not limited procurement saving, purchasing mistakes, other findings and report in XIA monthly management meeting.

61 According to the company's requirements and permission, conduct investigations into certain compliance cases.

61 Participate and audit in the company bid opening meeting for the sale of the project department's surplus material, major investment supplier selection, etc.

61 Supplier waste material exit company audit & permit approval.

61 Accept temporary tasks assigned by line manager or company management team when it is compliance to regulations.

61 Get to know relative regulations of safety, environment, industry hygiene, and quality management, instruct employees to strictly follow and implement during work process.

61 High reliability and company & development oriented, good leadership and management skills.

Job Requirement & Qualification:

61 Bachelor degree or above with at least over 8 years procurement / finance / internal audit experience.

61 Good communication in English and Chinese languages as well as writing skills.

61 Well communication skills. Strong analyze and problem handling ability.

61 Have awareness of ISO9001 & ISO14001 & ISO 45001 system.

61 Experience and knowledge in Lean and Six Sigma practices will be a plus.
