Sourcing Manager/采购经理

-Oversee and mentor a team of sourcing specialists.

-Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Sourcing Strategy:

-Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to achieve optimal pricing, quality, and delivery performance.

-Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and build strong partnerships.

-Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.

Cost Optimization:

-Establish and maintain a robust cost framework for each product category.

-Conduct thorough cost analysis and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities.

-Manage Request for Quote (RFQ) processes and negotiate competitive pricing.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product designs and reduce costs.

Risk Management:

-Identify and mitigate supplier finance and legal risks, supply chain risks, such as supplier disruptions, quality issues, and geopolitical factors.

-Develop contingency plans to minimize the impact of potential disruptions.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

-Utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators and identify trends.

-Prepare regular reports on sourcing performance, cost savings, and supplier performance.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

-8+ years of experience in sourcing and supply base management, preferably in the Hardgoods industry.

-Strong understanding of product costing, sourcing, and negotiation techniques.

-Strong in supplier development and drive continuous performance improvements.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to travel internationally.

-Willing to be relocated internationally according to business needs.
