维修兼HSE

1.保证生产设备的正常运转,做好设备预防性维修的巡检工作，对所负责的区域进行巡视,按巡检作业指导书内容逐项检查,并在其上进行记录,对设备点检保养记录表中记录的问题应及时予以排除,并记录在巡检记录上. Assurance of machine can work smoothly, do machine preventive maintenance well, patrol each responsible area ,check every detail according to inspecting standard operation and write it down, eliminate the problem in time and note it.

2.现场生产设备的修复调整:对生产区域提交的《设备故障报修单》中维修项目及时进行修理并认真填写《设备故障报修单》中要求填写的栏目. Repair and adjust spot production machine in time according to the maintenance form referred from production area and write it in the 《Machine maintenance sheet》.

3.设备的预防性维修:认真按计划做好设备的预防性维修，按照维护工单上的要求严格执行，不得遗漏缺项.维护时碰到相关问题，不能独自处理时，应及时向工程师汇报。对工单中维护内容有疑问或建议，应及时向工程师汇报。Machine preventive maintenance :according to the plan do machine preventive maintenance well, based on the maintenance sheet carry it out strictly, there have to be no item omitted, if encounter correlative problem which can’t be solved by oneself, report it to engineer in time to get assistance.

4.备件修理：对在设备维修和保养时调换下的零件应及时修理并验证，向工程师汇报验证结果。Spare part repair: Repair and validate the accessory exchanged from machine when maintaining, and report the result of validation to engineer.

5.环境的维护:做好工作环境的整理清洁工作,每次维护修理工作完毕必须将现场打扫净。Environment maintenance : Maintain work station neat and clean punctually，every time completing the maintenance work ,the spot must be cleaned.

6.完成工程师分派的任务,以确保生产的正常进行。Full fill the task all crated from engineer , assurance of production successfully.

7.协助工厂HSE体系的展开和维护To assist HSE system deployment and maintain.

7.1协助进行职业健康安全和环境风险危害源识别，制定纠正预防措施，并有效的跟进实施效果To assist occupational health and safety and environmental hazard source identification and risk to develop corrective and preventive measures, and implementation of effective follow-up effect.

7.2协助HSE法律法规合规性的实施：开展公司安全，健康，环境相关的监测工作，并根据监测结果组织实施可行的改进措施；有效的跟踪特殊工和种特种作业人员符合相关法规，以及跟踪职业健康体检和持证上岗的依法实施；To assist implement of the HSE laws and regulations compliance: to carry out the company safety, health, environment monitoring work, and organize the implementation of feasible improvement measures according to the results of the monitoring; Effective tracking special workers and kinds of special operation personnel in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and track the occupational health examination and the related certificates according to law;

7.3协助组织工厂内的HSE知识宣传、培训及推广，协助建立良好的HSE培训管理系统. To assist organize within the plant HSE knowledge propaganda, training and promotion, to assist establish a good HSE training management system.

8.主动、积极协助其它部门完成相关工作。Assist other departments to complete concerned tasks voluntarily and actively

9.完成领导临时交办的其他任务。Full fill the temp. task from team leader
