R&D Project Manager-IC

61 Accountable to define competencies and resource needed. Takes team leadership, build up a performing project team incl. operational guidance and conflict management. Challenge team members to meet committed project deliverables. Identify gaps in skills and performance of the team during the project.

61 Documents the agreed project plan, deliverables and risks in CCOPP and FMEA.

61 Accountable for gate and milestone documentation according to the checklist.

61 Initiates and chairs core team meetings, including gate review meetings and milestone meetings with the core team.

61 Tracks and manages project progress, securing timely execution of tasks, appropriate actions and deliverables according planning.

61 Performs project risks assessment and ensures that risks are identified and managed (FMEA). Creates a risk management and mitigation plan. Anticipates on potential bottlenecks and risks.

61 Manages problems and changes during project (PR/CR) and execute change management process.

61 Accountable that relevant quality standards for own projects are defined and met, accountable for the quality and completeness of the project deliverables according to plan.

61 Provide input about performance of team members towards the resource managers.

61 Initiate and contribute to quality improvement activities related to business processes and procedures.

What you will need

61Bachelor's or master's Degree in a technical field

61Good English communication skills

61Min. 5 years experiences in leading complex projects within a technical business environment

61PMI certification or similar is a clear benefit

61Project Management expert with proven knowledge in state-of-the-art project management tools and their application

61Proven leadership qualities in leading product development projects and proven track record in product development execution

61Excellent communication or stakeholder management skills, in Mandarin as well as English

61Experience within Semiconductors and PMIC products is a benefit (Knowledge of semiconductor processes and packages)
