Sr. Staff Product Application Engineer (职位编号：HRC0806080)

1.Defining product requirements as a basis for the development of power semiconductor modules.

2.Simulating and calculating the electrical and thermal behavior of power semiconductor modules under customer-specific application conditions

3.Collaboration with research and development (R&D) and customers in the short flow product development phase

4.Validation and design-in of power semiconductor modules in new development projects of market-leading and innovative customers

5.Informing about new products and technologies (e.g. through trainings/publications/conferences) and sharing knowledge internally at Infineon

6.Supporting the verification of innovative product ideas by application-related product tests

7.Supporting customers with technical support during design-in process and problem-solving activities at customers location or in laboratories

职位要求：

1.A successful (technical) university degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering or a comparable field of study

2.>5 years of experience in power electronics, semiconductor technology or power electronic applications

3.Relevant knowledge in research, development and design of power electronic components, ideally also knowledge in function and concepts for converters

4.Expertise in the calculation and simulation of power electronic circuits

5.First experience in dealing with customers and customer support on a technical level

6.Strong communication skills, open-mindedness and the ability to build and maintain networks and relationships with external and internal partners

7.Willingness to travel to support customers as well as sales and field application engineering teams in China

8.Very good communication skills in English and Chinese
