供应商质量工程师

1. New supplier audit 新供应商审核

Conduct the quality system audit, and process audit to the potential suppliers in the new supplier development process if necessary, and so to help the procurement department to develop the new suppliers which meet the requirements. 必要时在新供应商开发流程中，主导对潜在供应商的质量体系，生产流程等审核，协助采购部开发满足要求的新供应商。

2. Supplier Development 供应商管理

According to company's annual quality objectives and the supplier's annual development plan, monitor the supplier's incoming material yield rate, detect the changes and deviations for the incoming materials timely, and implement necessary improvement measures together with the procurement department; Conduct supplier audits in accordance with the supplier's annual audit plan, and follow up on the implementation and effectiveness of the improvement measures. 根据公司年度质量目标的要求和供应商年度发展计划，监控供应商来料良率，及时发现供应商来料的变动和偏差，和采购部一起实施必要的改善措施；按照供应商年度审核计划实施供应商审核，并跟进对应改善措施的落实及有效性。

3. Solve the supplier quality issues. 解决供应商质量问题

According to the company's requirements for suppliers, issue SCARs for supplier quality issues based on the SCAR conditions and confirm the implementation and effectiveness of the SCAR actions. 根据公司对于供应商的要求，按照供应商纠正预防措施单SCAR开具的条件，对供应商质量问题开具SCAR，并确认SCAR相应行动的落实及有效性。

4. Others 其他

Cooperate with the JO group to implement the supplier audit and other management works when necessary; Complete the other tasks assigned by QA manager. 必要时配合JO集团完成供应商的审核等供应商管理工作；完成上级主管分配的其他工作。

任职资格要求

1. Familiar with the company's integrated management system, familiar with the production process and quality standards of optical products. 熟悉公司综合管理体系，熟悉光学产品的生产工艺和质量标准；

2. Familiar with the Office and ERP software. 熟悉Office、ERP办公软件；

3. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. 熟练的英语听说读写能力；

4. Execution ability, communication skills, quick response ability, teamwork spirit. 执行力、沟通能力、快速反应能力、团队合作精神；

5. Bachelor's degree or above in optoelectronics, mechanics, and engineering.光电、机械和工程类本科以上学历；

6. Experience working in a manufacturing company preferred; Familiar with ISO9001/14001 and other system requirements. 有制造型企业的工作经验者优先；熟悉ISO9001/14001等体系要求；
